This rock sawing job was for a major renovation to a family home in Longueville.

We removed all of the excavated rock from site.

The clients and the builder were extremely happy with the time in which the job was completed and also the quality of the workmanship.

We cannot speak highly enough of the excellent finish Trevor and his Atrak team achieved at our site. They had to excavate directly adjacent to our existing 100 year old house to enable us to begin our renovations. Approximately 200 cubic metres of mostly hard sandstone needed to be removed from a challenging block with difficult access and a new home next door, only 2m away.

Atrak completed the job on time and with the estimated costs.

Atrak liaised professionally with the neighbours and us at all times. Our builder was so impressed with Atrak that he has used them for quoting jobs after ours.

This concrete swimming pool which took up the entire backyard of this property was unused and a waste of wanted space. The owners wanted a backyard for their young children to play in. As you can see another great result and the owners were extremely happy with the end result.

This concrete swimming pool was built back in the 1950’s, and was well beyond repair! There was really no alternative bu tot demolish the pool and fill it in. The owner could not believe the end result.

Site Excavation – Rock Excavation, Brookvale

Another site excavation using the rock saw at Brookvale. Due to the close proximity of the neighbouring properties, the rock saw was a safest option. As the vibration needed to be kept to a minimum.

This excavation was for a pool in a residential property at Bondi. We used the rock saw on this job and removed all the material with the Bogie Tippers.

Pool Fill In – South West Sydney, Edensor Park

Another successful pool fill in!! As you can see we used the rock wall which was a feature for the pool and turned into a feature of the backyard. The clients are extremely happy with the finished product and are enjoying their new spacious backyard.

Pool Fill in – Lane Cove, North of Sydney

This pool fill in (demolition) was a little different to others we have completed. The access to the backyard was extremely tight, so we were unable to access the yard with machines. We were able to complete the job satisfactory with the minimum access being 700 mm in width.

Our client was extremely happy with the final result. As you can see the unused swimming pool took up the majority of the backyard. Now our client has a lawned area to enjoy!

We would like to thank you and your company for the professional manner in which you emptied our 40 year old pool which was much bigger than the pools built these days. Our pool took up most of the backyard from fence to fence.

This rock sawing job was for the purpose of some extra bedrooms being built under the existing house. A combination of excavator, bobcat, rock saw and tippers were used to complete a reasonably difficult job. All excavated material was removed from site.
