Difficult Site Excavation for underground car park for new dwelling.

This difficult excavation was done by both rocksawing and rockbreaking the natural ground. The job had very difficult access and due to the weather we were under great pressure to complete the job.

This was a great job in Summer Hill. Most of these sites are pretty tight in Sydneys Inner West, the owners had decided to put a new triple garage in and a swimming pool. We had to excavate the strip footings and piers and then in the backyard excavate for a 8 x 4 m swimming pool. We then removed all the material from the site and used the Bobcat to clean the site up afterwards.

Interesting Rock Sawing job in Neutral Bay recently, we had to excavate to create two basements for some new duplexes.

Sydney’s Lower North Shore has very small blocks generally and so the site access is quite tight. We used the big Rock Saws and hydraulic hammer to remove all the sawn sandstone from the site.

Very deep site excavation for a house in Gladesville Site to extend an existing dwelling. This included 4 m deep piers & strip footings and then we used our Bobcat and tipper to remove all material from site

Very big job to excavate a pool in Longueville, the entire yard was solid Sandstone

Pool excavation was 20 m x 4 m, we had to use our rock saw for the whole excavation, as a conventional hydraulic rock breaker could not be used due to council regulations (noise and vibration restrictions).

We also did all the clean up and removal from site of sandstone blocks (from excavation of pool).

This was an interesting job in Longueville, just near Lane Cove on Sydneys Lower North Shore.

We had to rock saw across an entire boundary both with our rock saw and rock breaker (removed the rock out of the ground), to enable a 3 m high concrete retaining wall to be erected.
