Most of these sites are pretty tight in Sydneys Inner West, the owners had decided to put a new triple garage in and a swimming pool. We had to excavate the strip footings and piers and then in the backyard excavate for a 8 x 4 m swimming pool. We then removed all the material from the site and used the Bobcat to clean the site up afterwards.

Interesting Rock Sawing job in Neutral Bay recently, we had to excavate to create two basements for some new duplexes.
Sydney’s Lower North Shore has very small blocks generally and so the site access is quite tight. We used the big Rock Saws and hydraulic hammer to remove all the sawn sandstone from the site.
