This was a great job in Summer Hill. Most of these sites are pretty tight in Sydneys Inner West, the owners had decided to put a new triple garage in and a swimming pool. We had to excavate the strip footings and piers and then in the backyard excavate for a 8 x 4 m swimming pool. We then removed all the material from the site and used the Bobcat to clean the site up afterwards.

This was an interesting site excavation job out at Kellyville Ridge on one of the new land releases for two new blocks of units. We had to excavate stormwater drainage and sewer for the site and then excavate for all the finished levels prior to landscaping. As usual we cleaned up the finished site with our bobcat and tipper.

This was a really tight site to get into. We ended up lowering our Bobcat into the site using a large crane to complete deep excavation and site cleanup work. If you have a tight site and are looking for a solution talk to us about lowering our Bobcat or Excavator
